The Company provides digital products, educational content, coaching services, and related personal development offerings.

- 1:1 coaching sessions
- group coaching or educational programmes

Access to digital products is granted upon purchase or subscription, where applicable. You agree not to copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from the Company.
4. Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where services are offered on a recurring basis, you authorise the Company to charge you in accordance with your selected plan until cancelled.
5. Cancellations & Recurring Payments
Where applicable, services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
No refunds are issued for payments already processed.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and time-based services, all sales are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or services have been scheduled or delivered.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once purchased due to immediate access being granted.
Coaching & Personal Services
Payments for coaching and personal services reserve time, expertise, and scheduling capacity. Refunds are not typically provided for completed sessions, missed sessions, or late cancellations.
Refunds or credits may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property provided by the Company remain the property of the Company.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
8. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from use of the Company’s services.
You agree to use your own judgment when applying any information provided.
9. No Guarantees
While the Company provides education, coaching, and training designed to improve performance and understanding, no specific results, outcomes, or achievements are guaranteed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website, digital products, or services.
11. Health & Safety Disclaimer (if relevant)
If services involve physical or performance-based activity, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to do so.
12. Third-Party Links
The Company may include links to third-party websites or services. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
