Hi, I'm Staff Swaino

In 2017, I quit school to pursue my dream full-time.

Since then, I've lived and breathed professional MMA, training & fighting full-time across Thailand, Australia, America, and the UK. 

But it isn't what you probably think. It wasn't flashy or glamorous.

I mopped the gym floors,

slept on the same mats I trained on,

and at times, even used a crash mat as a blanket.

I built my entire life around one goal: Making it to the UFC & dominating.

But in 2023, a brain injury took me out of the cage and forced me to rebuild, but this time...

MY SPEECH.

I had to go all in. But this time, with my communication.

Through speech therapy, structured exposure, and public speaking,

I learned firsthand how pressure hijacks communication and how it can be trained. 

What started as a personal challenge turned into an obsession with understanding public speaking.

Today, I speak on performing under pressure, through resilience, and public speaking.
