Hi, I'm Staff Swaino

In 2017, I quit school to pursue my dream full-time. Since then, I've lived and breathed professional MMA, training & fighting full-time across Thailand, Australia, America, and the UK. Where performing under pressure wasn't theory, it was survival.

But in 2023, a brain injury took me out of the cage and forced me to rebuild, but this time, my ability to speak. Through speech therapy, structured exposure, and public speaking, I learned firsthand how pressure hijacks communication and how it can be trained. 

Both my keynotes focus on one thing: performing under pressure. One through resilience, the other through public speaking.
